OK,,, Today I will share my knowledge how to speak English fluently..

Before I tell you,,, I want to ask you,, do you like English? why or why not?..... if you like it, it will help you to learn English easily and you will be fast to understand English.... if you don't like,but you want to be able to speak English fluently.....how do that!...

OK... the first what you have to do is "don't afraid to making mistake", and the second is "don't be shy to say English sentence"...  they will help you to improve your English...
